I picked up this Vizio 32" LCD for $399 at Sears. I was planning on getting a 720p TV but I couldn't pass up 1080p for the price. The picture is incredible, blacks are very dark! I did notice a little trouble with a horizontal line appearing at the top of SD broadcasts, adjusted the picture a bit and that is gone! The speakers are not fantastic, there is very little bass. They do have an equalizer but I haven't played with it. Overall this TV is a great deal and even at $500 performs like a much more expensive TV! I would highly recommend it.
