When we got this, we followed all instructions and mounted in onto our wall. The first two outlets and extension cords we tried were a failure and the TV would not come on. Then, we took it off the wall and tried it in another outlet and generator where it worked for 4 hours. NEW Day: Didn't work again and tried on 4 different outlets this time. Picture was also very grainy. Will NEVER buy a refurbished TV from amazon again.Good thing is that so far they have been about allowing us to return and get a refund with no hassle, i will update if it doesn't get refunded appropriately.
